  • Overview

    We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sentek Cyber team in San Diego, CA. The SDR will work directly with the Sentek Cyber Director of Enterprise Sales to grow new sales revenues, and to generate and qualify sales and lead opportunities for the sales team. This role requires a strong level of understanding of the sales process and high cold-calling volume.     • Generate 30-50 cold calls per day to prospective leads with the goal of setting 2 appointment/sales calls per day.
    • Email 100-150 prospects per day with the goal of setting 2 appointment/sales call per day.
    • Generate webinars and collaborative sessions with our team and partners.
    • Run the sales cadence outreach campaigns, and monitor and execute heavy email campaigns and web searches for lead generation.
    • Create, input and updates prospect database in our CRM tool (Salesforce).
    • Perform market research to learn and teach the latest sales technologies.


    • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of selling service or solution-based offerings, technical in nature.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in prior sales roles.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on, working knowledge of or related CRM experience.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to clearly and effectively articulate Sentek Cyber’s value via any medium.
    • Must have strong negotiation skills.
    • Must be organized, detail and process oriented.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Gmail Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
    • Ability to work into evenings and weekends on an occasional basis.
