The Role:

Sentek Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a dynamic PEO C4I program office supporting multiple programs of record in San Diego, CA. This position will also include leadership responsibilities for Sentek personnel performing on the task.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform a variety of different actions and activities in support of each assigned event, exercise, project, or program.
    Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate training/exercise efforts, contractor manpower and team activities (includes areas of administration, program control, and technical supervision of personnel involved in support of assigned tasks).
  • Interface with the Government’s Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) while serving as the main point of contact to interface on behalf of the company to the Government with full decision-making authority.
  • Provide management oversight to a variety of multi-disciplined subcontractors’ teams.
  • Analyze the results for program reviews to help develop an effective and efficient approach to ensure program milestones are met.
  • Serve as the company representative for briefings up to senior government personnel. Responsible for major program documentation and evidence of highest quality.
  • Risk Management shall be an essential task in the program management of Task Orders and support may include, but is not be limited to:
    • Responsible for managing Ethical Oversight and Compliance

What We're Looking For:

  • An active Top-Secret clearance is required to be considered for this role.
  • Twenty (20) years’ experience supporting DoD acquisition processes, in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.
    Ten (10) years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in communicating, interacting, and working with senior-level government personnel.
  • Five (5) or more years’ experience supporting ACAT I and II programs.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Navy C2 baselines and associated systems.
  • Experience supporting a Navy program office is desired.
  • Demonstrated experience providing impactful professional advice and advancement opportunities to employees.
