Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the PMS 312 Program Manager RCOH Execution Support will provide professional support services to achieve PEO Carriers objectives.

• Support the design, development, construction, modernization and life cycle management of Aircraft Carriers for the Navy.
• Provide support to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition (ASN (RDA)) and Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
• Identify specific requirements to cover the full range of functional support necessary for Aircraft Carrier cradle to grave support.
• Provide professional support services to aid system design, equipment design, integrated product and process development, acquisition, construction, fleet introduction, enterprise knowledge management, maintenance, modernization, overhaul and disposal associated with ships, weapon systems, and equipment.
• Bid and Proposal support if requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• An active Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
• Bachelor's level degree from an accredited university.
• Ten (10) years of acquisition experience with four (4) years of direct RCOH experience for U.S. Navy with similar organizations.
• Per our contractual agreement with the U.S. Government, a full-time employee “FTE” is required to work 1920 hours in the calendar year.
