As a member of the PMW 150 MAR C2 team, you’ll provide system engineering support to the Command and Control (C2) Program Office (PMW 150) which is part of Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I). PMW 150’s mission is to transform operational needs into effective and affordable C2 capabilities for Navy, Marine Corps, Joint, and Coalition warfighters.

Maritime C2 division consists of systems (GCCS-M, MTC2, NAOC2) designed to equip Fleet Commanders and their operational assets with the command and control systems they require to accomplish their missions. Our overarching goal is to provide intuitive, innovative, and reliable command and control and tactical solutions to the warfighter.

Reporting to the Program Manager of PMW 150 Command and Control Systems, the Sr. Systems Engineer will provide support in the Technical Director (TD) shop and with the Project Overmatch. This position sits on client site in San Diego, CA. 

• Provide data pillar support to the Technical Director. This includes data architecture, engineering, CANES/ACS alignment analysis, codiyfing application data requirements, data modeling, and supporting data working groups.

• Participate in the Enterprise Arch working group, the PEO C4I Tech Strategy Board, the Data COP, and the NAVWAR Arch working group. 

• Track and support data calls, as well as participate in staff meetings.

• Develop briefing materials for TD activities including staff updates, data pillar updates, and design reviews.

• Participate in industry engagement and product review/recommendations.

• Assist in ONR & DARPA engagements and tech transition support.

• Bid and proposal support if requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

• An active secret clearance and SIPR Token is required. A TS/SCI clearance is desired.
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field. 
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience leading system engineering activities.
• Minimum four (4) years’ experience in full-scope system engineering.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Navy or DoD system engineering practices.
• PEO C4I or NAVWAR experience highly desired.
• Per our contractual agreement with the U.S. Government, a full-time employee “FTE” is required to work 1920 hours in the calendar year.
